I hereby release and forever discharge the City of Elkhart, Indiana, a municipal corporation, Elkhart County, Indiana, Saputo Enterprises LLC (d/b/a Hoosier Harley Davidson), North End Cycle NEC, Blue Knights Indiana VIII LEMC, any other sponsors and organizers of the “Riding to Remember” charity ride, and their agents, assigns, officers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, actions, causes of action, and costs and expenses of any kind, resulting from my participation in this Event.

By signing below, I affirm that I am currently licensed to operate a motorcycle and that I currently possess any necessary insurance coverage required to operate a motorcycle. Furthermore, I affirm that I am in proper physical condition and have sufficient experience to operate a motorcycle in a safe and legal manner during this Event.

I understand that the use of a helmet is not required by the State of Indiana, but is strongly encouraged for participation in this Event. The use of a helmet during the police-escorted motorcycle ride is in furtherance and support of the goals promoted by the “Riding to Remember” charity ride. I agree to abide by all state and local laws and ordinances during the course of all “Riding to Remember” activities. I further agree to abide by and follow the direction of law enforcement officers and event staff during the police-escorted motorcycle ride.

By attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the organizations and individuals involved with “Riding to Remember" liable for any health risks.
